A hearing has been held today regarding the NCB custody of 8 people including Aryan Khan. In which the court has sent all of them to 14 days judicial custody. During the hearing, Aryan’s lawyer had argued that Aryan cannot be kept as a prisoner. After which the court, while delivering the verdict, said that keeping any accused in NCB custody without any reason is against their rights. Therefore, the custody of each of the accused cannot be further extended due to unclear grounds in the remand application.

The court said- ‘NCB has been given a lot of time and opportunity for questioning and investigation as per the need. So now the accused are being sent to judicial custody. Earlier, it was argued on behalf of NCB that as an agency we have certain methods, which we follow. We do not want to interrogate people individually but together.

At the same time, after getting judicial custody of 14 from the court, Aryan’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde said- ‘I am increasing the application for bail. Now we have the right to speak… Aryan’s interim bail application is with me, I have submitted the copy of it yesterday so that the reply can be received.
Tomorrow will be the hearing on bail
After the order of the court, the zonal director has been requested to keep the accused with the NCB for now as the jail authorities cannot admit the accused after 6 pm without the covid report. Let us tell you that the hearing on the bail petition will be held tomorrow at 12:30 pm.
